With over 20 years in the real estate industry I have personally sold $49 Million in real estate, helping over 300 families buy, sell or invest in real estate. Through coaching and training agents in the industry I have supported over 1000 real estate transactions. Working with several real estate companies I can honestly say I have worked in every area of the industry. I am forever grateful for all I have learned throughout the years.

My job as integrator and implementer is complete! After 2 years of building and running systems I am excited to turn over the reigns. I am honored to continue my role as Designated Broker and move back into sales helping family, friends and my community with their real estate needs.

I never imagined that I would move from serving the public with their real estate needs to helping my peers grow their businesses. Taking every class our local KW had to offer and then traveling to the corporate office in Texas and the masterminds and conventions throughout the country I was able to take all that I learned and build programs that were needed in our local market center including the Productivity coaching program and the technology department.

These were interesting times. Everyone was talking about the real estate bubble. Sales were down and many folks lost their homes. Values dropped drastically and we lived in the world of Banked Owned and Short Sales. Social media was catching on and social marketing was just beginning. I began training new agents and helping agents grow their business. Through long hours, persistence and the will to survive the market I was able to sell over $30 Million in real estate equaling 241 transactions.
